Patti LeFrancois has owned and operated LeFrancois Consulting and Training Services since 1991. Patti has worked with the BC Log & Timber Building Industry since it’s formation in 1997 serving the industry in many roles ranging from a director, to consultant for education and training, occupational health and safety,  association marketing and branding, business development and management. Since taking on the role as Executive Director in 2007, Patti has continued to champion the sustainability of building with solid wood, and supports the industry with passion for the age old craftsmanship  and beauty created by the member builders of the BC Log & Timber Building Industry.

She has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations, boards, and committees in a variety of consulting, training, administrative, and managerial capacities. Patti has the proven ability to work with a variety of business partners and sponsors; manage schedules and contracts; and ensure the smooth execution of projects, on time and on budget.
